Barefoot Tea aims to provide premium products and service. If at any time you are dissatisfied with a product or service provided by Barefoot Tea, please contact us at customerservice@barefoottea.com or call 609.624.9300. 

 

RETURNS:

To return a product, please contact customerservice@barefoottea.com or call 609.624.9300. Returns must be processed within five business days of receipt of order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on loose leaf tea or food products, nor are we able to return shipping charges.

 

DAMAGES:

Damaged goods must be reported within one day of receipt of order to customerservice@barefoottea.com or by calling 609.624.9300. Please retain all packaging and damaged items for possible inspection.
